A surprise, with clear expectations.

Know the quantity and selection details before you choose.

What comes in a blind box?

Contents vary by listing. Check whether you are buying one random item, multiple items or a full display. Photos may show possible designs rather than everything included in one purchase.

Can I choose a specific design?

Check the product description before ordering. A random-assortment listing does not promise a particular character or design.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless the listing says otherwise. This is processing time, not a delivery estimate. Preorders follow the timing stated on their listing.

Can I return a blind box?

Blind boxes and mystery items are non-returnable under our current policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and follow the reporting requirements in the return policy.
