Flesh and Blood: Mystery Pack Warrior

Kia ora! Mastery Pack Warrior hits shelves at local game stores across the world on August 7 (with early access at GENCON this weekend), bringing you all the sword-sharpening, wager-making, blade-dancing action you could ever want from the Warrior class! But it’s not only about new support for Warriors in Classic Constructed and Silver Age – you can also dive right into a game of Flesh and Blood with just three booster packs.

Here’s a guide on Crack, Shuffle, Play, the different types of Warrior cards, and how to play each of the three featured heroes. Be ready, squire – for by the time dusk falls, you too shall Master the Blade!

Crack, Shuffle, Play is the easiest way to jump right into a game of Flesh and Blood.

1. Crack open three packs of Mastery Pack Warrior. Remove the last three cards from each pack. These will be tokens, equipment, Cold Foils, and other goodies.
2. Shuffle the rest of your cards together to form a 30-card deck. Take a look at some of the cards before you shuffle, as it will give you an idea of which hero to play.
3. Choose a hero, and Play! Equip a basic weapon and any non-foil equipment from the pile you set aside. You’re now ready to battle!
