Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is provided once an order ships.

Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include carrier tracking. Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier.

Claims of theft require a police report or other official documentation to be considered for review.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an order that shows confirmed delivery may be considered chargeback abuse. If a chargeback is filed after delivery, the underlying balance may remain due and may be pursued through collections.
